Design of an Automatic Ground Cleaning Machine for Dedusting Rooms of Chicken Houses

In this paper, we designed an automatic ground cleaning machine for the dedusting rooms of chicken houses to replace manual daily dust particles and fluff. The mainly comprised a power system, control frame walking structure, system. movement body in two vertical directions without turning, lifting, lowering sweeper; retraction expansion sweeper support arm; reciprocating relative body; timely separation fluff from gas mixtures were achieved. Parameter optimization experiments on performed using quadratic general rotary combination design considering speed, rotation speed sweeper, distance between suction head nozzle as experimental factors. regression equations describing relationship three factors particle removal rate obtained Design-Expert 12 software, adequately reflecting impact indexes. Further parameter was conducted obtain optimized at same weight indexes: 0.1 m/s, 198 r/min, mm. performance experiment combination, yielding 90.7% 91.7%. results show that exhibits good stable operation, meeting needs large-, medium-, small-scale rectangular houses.
